PURPOSE: Annual General Meeting of the membership In accordance with the By‑Laws of Park Ridge Cycling,
The meeting will:
Report summary of 2026 goals and accomplishments
Present the 2026 Statement of Activities
Motion change to bylaws to Elect Board Members for the upcoming term
Discuss and approve other matters as set forth in the agenda
QUORUM REQUIREMENTS: A quorum will be present when holders of 10% of the eligible votes are represented in person. Only members current with all dues may attend or vote.
